Typically for me, after 24 hours the hunger pains are gone. I know it's annoying but with prayers you can easily push through. Wednesdays also but the way don't forget.

Thanks, Rich. I found that the hungry window gets smaller the more often I fast. It's usually from 10 to noon now. And the fewer carbs consumed the rest of the week tend to reduce hunger and other symptoms of fasting.

Like running, lifting weights, or golf, it's always harder in the beginning.
