Fear Not the Feds, My Friends
Merrick Garland, today, looked like he was making a hostage video. Because he was.
Well, the hippies were right about the FBI after all.
There’s somethin’ happenin’ here. What is ain't exactly clear. There's a man with a gun over there, A-tellin' me I got to beware.
People are telling me not to speak out against the FBI and the DOJ. Good, brave people. They say this isn’t 2009. The Feds are playing hardball. They’re looking for an excuse. “Don’t give them one.”
I think it's time we stop, Children, what's that sound? Everybody look what's goin' down.
A lunatic tried to enter an FBI in office in Ohio today. With a gun. Maybe two guns. I’ve seen his social media posts.
He’s dead, now. There’s no reason or excuse for his actions. Stupid, foolish move that cost him his life and gave them “an excuse.” He was afraid. Very afraid.
Frightened men bring guns. We bring righteous indignation and a different kind of weapon: the weapon of spiritual combat.
There's battle lines being drawn. Nobody's right if everybody's wrong. Young people speaking their minds, A-gettin' so much resistance from behind.
Forget Ohio. We don’t play those games here. We have minds and the grace of God through the gifts of the Holy Spirit:
Wisdom
Understanding
Knowledge
Counsel
Fortitude
Piety
Fear of the Lord
All seven gifts of the Holy Spirit work together as one in each us of us.
It's time we stop, Hey, what's that sound, Everybody look, What's goin' down?
We will go to the FBI offices on Sunday at 1:00 p.m., because we do not fear them. They fear us. Did you see Merrick Garland today? He looked like he was making a hostage video.
As someone told Brian Kilmeade on Fox News tonight, this looks like a fishing expedition that turned up nothing. So they’re changing the narrative to presidential papers. That’s why Merrick Garland is scared. That’s why we are not.
What a field day for the heat. A thousand people in the street. Singin' songs and a-carryin' signs. Mostly say "hooray for our side."
We must treat the federal government the way were told to treat terrorists after 9-11, remember?
Don’t be afraid. Don’t hide. Once we give up our freedoms out of fear, the terrorists have won.
We won’t give the Feds their win. Whether they’re truly evil or just stupid and misguided, they want us to cower in fear of the awesomeness. They want us to fear being manipulated into doing something crazy and getting shot up like that guy in Ohio. Or just stay home and shut up and can the garbage they feed us.
Paranoia strikes deep. Into your life it will creep. It starts when you're always afraid. Step outta line, the man come and take you away.
But if you’re operating on the gifts of the Holy Spirit, that won’t happen. If your first duty is to God, to live the teachings of Jesus Christ, then there’s nothing an FBI operative can say or do to make you go astray.
For six years—from 2009 to 2015—St. Louis Tea Party held hundreds of events. Only once was anyone hurt—when Barack Obama sent SEIU thugs to a candidate forum in South County. The thugs beat up a black man selling tea party merchandise.
They fear us. We have no reason to fear them.
We better stop, Hey, what's that sound? Everybody look, What's goin' down?
I talked to Jim Hoft tonight. And I was a guest on Dr. Gina Primetime this evening. Like me, they have both heard from good, patriotic Tea Party folks in the St. Louis area who think a rally at the FBI office is a bad idea.
Like me, Jim and Gina agree that the concerns people have expressed are legitimate. But the urgency of the moment is greater.
We are called to walk onto the field of conflict with open palms and eyes cast toward heaven, following the Holy Spirit in mind, body, and soul, confident that our righteous anger pleases God who graced us with this incredible land, radiating the wisdom of our founders, acting on the knowledge of our pure intentions, demonstrating our understanding of the Feds’ paranoia, heeding the counsel of our well-formed consciences, relying on God’s fortitude to walk through the valley of death, exhibiting the piety to obey only Christ’s commandments, and showing fear of nothing but the Lord Himself.
This is how we win, friends. Not by hiding our lights under a bushel, but by carrying the light of God and the freedom He bestowed on us into that inevitable field of confrontation.
We better stop, Hey, what's that sound? Everybody look What's goin' down? It's time we stop, Children, what's that sound? Everybody look, What's goin' down?
If you choose to join us on Sunday, August 14 at 1:00 P.M. at 2222 Market Street (across from Syberg’s), come in peace with confidence that our mission is pleasing to God so long as we as behave as if Christ Himself were leading the rally.
Be aware, not afraid.
Be resolute, not rude.
Be confident, not cocky.
Be the Maccabee.
God bless you, my friends. I hope to see you Sunday. Maybe we’ll enjoy some shark bites and a fine beverage at Syberg’s afterwards. Or, as, I believe, Ben Franklin once said, "we must all hang together, or ... we shall all hang separately,"
My favorite anti-war song from the era.
God be with you and everybody that shows up - wish I could be with you - Frieda
