Breaking: Federal Court Blocks Biden's Vaccine Mandate for Healthcare Workers in 10 States
Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Wyoming, and North and South Dakota.
Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates can’t seem to find a friendly judge.
The District Court for Eastern Missouri (St. Louis) issued a preliminary injunction against Biden’s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.
Defendants [Biden] shall immediately cease all implementation or enforcement of the Interim Final Rule with Comment Period as to any Medicare- and Medicaid-certified providers and suppliers within the States of Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
This means the federal government may take no action toward implementation of the mandate until after a trial. The trial would be in the 8th Circuit (also in St. Louis) where all but one judge was appointed by a Republican.
Biden’s mandates are doing very poorly in court. His OSHA mandate for all companies of 100 or more employees is similarly suspended until trial in the 6th Circuit Court, expected sometime in January—after the original deadline of January 4.
Keep praying! You can follow the case here.
