Thank a Senator

Last week, Missouri became the first state to reject a federal bribe.  Four brave men deserve our thanks and admiration.

State Senators Jim Lembke (@jimlembke), Brian Nieves (@briannieves), Rob Schaaf (@robschaaf), and Will Kraus stood for principle. And the left immediately went berserk.

The collectivists—those who hate personal achievement and fiscal responsibility in government—will target these men.  We must have their backs.

Let’s begin by telling our Twitter followers and Facebook friends how proud we are are of their brave refusal to take stolen money from Washington.  Tell the world that we support legislators who refuse to let Washington clasp shackles on our liberty.

  1. I had no doubt that Senator Schaaf would stand on principal. He, as well as the other fine Senators that stood behind this are men of integrity, strong beliefs in the Constitution and the raise their return to states rights and small government. I praise their stance and thank them for remaining true to the convictions that compelled us to vote for them.

  2. I will personally thank Brian Nieves for standing for principle. He is my local senator and I am in contact with him. I am about to send a reply to a message he sent me and I will be sure to include a special Thank You !
